Cancellation Policy - Right of Withdrawal
(1) Cancellations or changes in paid reservations have a penalty of 10% of the total value of the package and will be made within a maximum period of 21 calendar days after the request is received.
(2) Cancellations or changes between 20 and 7 days before the departure date have a penalty of 30% of the total value of the package in private tours and 100% of the package in group Tours.
(3) The air tickets of commercial airlines or charter flights included in the reservation are not refundable, in case of cancellation the flights will remain in the name of the reservation takers who will be able to use the tickets in a period of 1 year, paying the penalties and rate changes that may arise at the time of use.
Refunds
- The refund of the accommodation will be applied according to the terms of the cancellation policies.
- Once the trip has started, the services included in the plan and not used will not be refundable unless the cancellation is verified due to illness duly certified by a doctor or for the death of the passenger.
- In cancellations of air flights due to weather conditions or for such reasons not related to our company, the payment of the change of flights must be paid by the travelers if they want to change them.
- Once the trip has started, the services included in the plan not used due to transfer cancellations will not be refundable unless the cancellation is related to our company.
Payment procedure
- Private tours: To confirm the reservation, %30 of the total value of the trip will be paid. When the transfer is made to the bank account of our company, the domestic flights will be purchased by our company and will be sent to the travelers together with the voucher of the purchased services. The rest can be paid in cash when travelers arrive in Turkey.
- Group tours : To confirm the reservation, %30 of the total value of the trip will be paid. When the transfer is made to the bank account of our company, the domestic flights will be purchased by our company and will be sent to the travelers together with the voucher of the purchased services. The rest can be paid up to 21 days before the trip.
- The prices shown on the page are net and are expressed in euros.
- Payment can be made by credit card (Visa and Mastercard) with a difference of %8 plus bank commission through the secure payment system.
- All products and services must be paid for before being provided.
